Camilla specialises in project based roles with purpose.
Camilla is an outgoing and enthusiastic problem solver with a mature and logical style. She thrives on pressure and has the drive to overcome obstacles. With experience in International Development, consumer goods, management consulting, project management, lean six sigma, supply chain, analytics and sustainability; Camilla enjoys combining the skills gained to provide practical, reliable and efficient approaches to social and environmental challenges.
Most recently, as an On Purpose Associate, Camilla has successfully launched a luxury consumer brand on behalf of the oldest social enterprise in the UK and driven an internal team to operationalise new strategic visions for a global commodity roundtable, reporting to the CEO with the potential to impact 50million farmers across 102 countries.
Camilla left consulting in 2014 after 5 years with an international firm focusing on Operations and Strategy for large organisations. During this time, Camilla worked with Vodafone, Allianz, ASDA, npower, Lloyds Banking Group, Leonard Cheshire Disability, Catholic Relief Services and The Walt Disney Company. Camilla was promoted to manager level, leading resources across multiple geographies and interacting with senior stakeholders such as the CFO of Disney EMEA whilst presenting an analytical model for 5-year cost reduction across all business units.
Camilla has a first class BSc from Durham and an MSc with distinction from Southampton and has embarked on a career of continued learning, working across disability, land rights, value chain analysis, water usage, human rights, positive consumerism and the circular economy.
Placement 1: CLARITY
- Creating a luxury brand for a charity founded in 1854, to drive financial sustainability and increase social value via additional training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities
- From concept to counter within 5 months, I launched The Soap Co. in 2015 targeting a new market segment whilst utilising the core manufacturing capabilities of CLARITY.
- I was responsible for all elements of the new brand launch which included product R&D, supplier tendering, negotiation and management, cost models, Google Adwords grant, Saleforce NFP implementation, customer segmentation, environmental policy, e-commerce strategy and implementation, content creation and successful multi-channel press launch.

Placement 2: Bonsucro
- Lead Business Planning process for FY1617 across 39 business function including SMART objectives setting, high-level actvity planning and event calendars
- Lead financial modelling for FY1617 including zero based budgetting for all planned transactions at function level with P/L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow outputs, changes in membership fee strucutre and transition from Sage to Xero reporting software.
- Producing materials and co-delivering workshop with aim to drive contributions of Local Improvement Programmes to accelerate social and environmental change in challenging rural situations
